Readiness Assessment and Surveys

One of the precursors to change is readiness.  Without the readiness and ability to change and intervention or solution that is sought is destined to miss its mark.  This is the reason we believe that assessing a clients readiness and ability to change along with the willingness to commit the necessary time, resources, and energy to the change initiative is vital to reaching desired outcomes.

Prior to full engagement with a client we offer a readiness assessment or survey depending upon the concerns and issues at hand.  This allows us to begin the client-consultant relationship with clear and mutual understanding.
